SPEAKERS
We can provide speakers on the critical topic of "Courageous Leader-Follower Relations." Ira Chaleff, author of the award winning book The Courageous Follower: Standing Up To and For Our Leaders is available for keynote addresses, luncheon talks and breakout group discussions.
Everyone in the audience will be able to identify with the challenges of providing upward feedback that is well received and creating organization cultures in which this actually occurs. Think of it as the anti-Dilbert presentation as it gives people the responsibility and means to minimize cynicism and maximize being an effective positive influence in their organization.
In addition to being a fresh and timeless topic, it has the advantage of focusing on a highly current issue: Organization Integrity. There is widespread concern over the financial and reputational costs of becoming mired in scandal. Audiences will come away understanding how they can contribute to creating a self-correcting organization culture that prevents the need for whistleblowing to external authorities.

Formats
Courageous Follower workshops can be tailored to your organization’s needs. Half-day, Full-day and Two Day customized workshops are all options. Prework in the form of surveys, interviews or focus groups can be done to customize a workshop to a client’s specific situation.
Costs
Our fees are customarily flat rates, based on the length of the workshops, the degree of customization requested and travel times. We will be glad to discuss these once we understand the scope of work involved.
RECENT INTERNATIONAL WORK India
In November, 2005, Ira Chaleff was invited to India to conduct workshops on Building Organizational Excellence through Leader-Follower Collaboration. He conducted 3 Open Enrollment Programs attended by a wide cross section of private and state owned companies, 2 programs for individual corporate clients and a special half day workshop for Organization Development professionals.
