Formerly a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, Inga transitioned her wealth management skills to the non-profit sector in Washington, DC, focusing on women’s economic empowerment programs. At UN Women in NYC and during a five-year tenure at the Inter-American Development Bank, Inga refined her business development, project management, and public policy expertise. This involved overseeing sustainable economic development projects in the Caribbean, collaborating with government agencies, private entities, and civil society to set and measure impactful development goals. Now, as an Executive Coach and Impact Consultant, she draws on nearly two decades of diverse professional experiences to tailor coaching programs for mission-oriented individuals, organizations, and businesses, aiding them in achieving their business and social impact goals.
