Ira’s special focus is working with senior executives at or near the pinnacle of their organizations where it is particularly important to practice excellent political skills as well as best practices in leader-follower relationships, group dynamics, interpersonal relations and ethical decision making.
Ira’s ideal clients are people who have dedicated themselves to making a difference at critical intersections of society.
